# 2. No Guarantee of Profits

SikaSwap provides no guarantees of profit nor of avoiding losses when trading. Users have received no guarantee from SikaSwap or from any SikaSwap entities. Users are aware of the risks inherent in trading and are financially able to bear such risks and withstand any losses incurred.
