# 17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation before pursuing legal action. Users agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting SikaSwap support before initiating arbitration or mediation.
