# 20. Limited Insurance and Compensation

SikaSwap does not offer insurance or compensation for losses incurred while using our Services, except in cases explicitly stated in these Terms. Users acknowledge that digital asset transactions carry inherent risks and that SikaSwap’s liability is limited as outlined in these Terms.
