# Business Model

SikaSwap Pty Ltd is a registered company with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) operating under Australian Business Number (ABN) 50679089902 and Australian Company Number (ACN) 679089902. Our office is in the heart of the Sydney financial precinct at Kent Street New South Wales. The company operates as a remittance network provider.

Our core values are accountability, transparency, fairness and responsibility.

All co-founders of SikaSwap serve as company Directors under accreditation from the Australian Business Registry Service (ABRS). Our team consists of three company directors managing operations and development.<br>

Two additional staff members provide specialist digital application and blockchain development, and UI/UX graphic design.
